GroupForce Invoice module allows easy creation and maintenance of Invoices. Your accounts staff will thank you as they no longer have to work with complicated and rigid accounting packages to generate the company invoices.
Every invoice is different. As a matter of fact the invoice is part of a proper CRM system as it is one the touch points of your organization. Because of that, GroupForce provides a lot of flexibility by using templates based in MS Excel or Word to generate the invoice print format.
When created, invoices may be routed for approval. Upon approval, print formats with optional Adobe PDF representations. These files are attached to the GroupForce invoice document and related to the applicable company.
With GroupForce QuickBooks link accounts receivable information is transferred to that accounting package.
